We are grateful our lockdown restrictions have lifted once again – with thanks to you in keeping one another safe. We look forward to welcoming you!

To ensure your safety, our practice will adhere to current COVID-19 health and safety measures, including social distancing guidelines.

  • Highest standard of infection control measures will continue to be practised in our clinics
  • Hand sanitizers for all to use

Before you visit

Please call us to reschedule:

  • if you or a close contact are feeling unwell, especially with fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose
  • if you have been to any of the current COVID exposure sites listed by VIC government (

During your visit

  • Social distancing guidelines in place
  • Please remain in your car until close to your appointment time, to reduce the numbers in our waiting areas. Also, please avoid bringing other children or family members into the office with you where possible.
  • QR code check-in with your phone at each visit please
  • Face-mask wearing is required as advised by VIC Health.
  • Practise good hygiene: Use hand sanitizer upon check-in. If you need to sneeze or cough, please cover your mouth and nose with tissues or your upper sleeve or elbow. Please dispose of the tissue in bins provided. Immediately wash or sanitize your hands. Wash your hands well after using the toilets.

After your visit

  • If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and may have been infected around the time of your visit, please inform us immediately.
