May 2022: Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19) measures
Our priority is the health and safety of your family as well as our team. As a healthcare facility, facemask wear is COMPULSORY in our premises as mandated by VIC Government. Your cooperation protects you and your family as well as others.

- Hand sanitizers for all to use.
Before you visit
Please call us to reschedule:
- If you or a close contact are feeling unwell, especially with fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose.
- If you have tested positive to COVID-19. Please refer to the VIC government COVID checklist here (coronavirus.vic.gov.au).
During your visit
- Please remain in your car until close to your appointment time, to reduce the numbers in our waiting areas. Also, please avoid bringing other children or family members into the office with you where possible.
- Face-mask wearing is required as advised by VIC Health.
- Practise good hygiene: Use hand sanitizer upon check-in. If you need to sneeze or cough, please cover your mouth and nose with tissues or your upper sleeve or elbow. Please dispose of the tissue in bins provided. Immediately wash or sanitize your hands. Wash your hands well after using the toilets.
After your visit
- If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and may have been infected around the time of your visit, please inform us immediately.
