Our Oral Health Practitioners (OHP’s) are highly trained, tertiary-qualified dental health professionals who are registered in Dental Hygiene, Dental Therapy or Oral Health Therapy. They’re passionate about what they do and focus on fostering positive attitudes to preventive dental health in orthodontics.
As a specialist practice, we strongly believe in delivering high-quality professional care and outcome for you. And that’s why our Oral Health Practitioners work alongside your orthodontist and are essential to achieving a thorough and personal approach consistently in your journey towards a better smile with us. Our professional team also truly wish to know you better and loves a chat!
Please remember that your specialist orthodontic care with us does not replace the need for you to continue to see your general dentist for your regular 6 monthly dental check-ups.
Treatment Coordinators
Orthodontic treatment can sometimes be one of life’s biggest decision for you or your child. Making sure you’re at comfort with your decision is important to us. A treatment coordinator is, therefore, an added value to you.
You will be greeted by your Treatment Coordinator at the First Visit. She will introduce you to your orthodontist and further discuss your treatment in simple terms after the consultation. The role of a Treatment Coordinator truly complements your orthodontist in the overall professional care for you. She helps to coordinate your initial appointments and is available to answer any query you may have with regards to your treatment. They strive to make your experience with us truly enjoyable.
Dental Assistants
We’ve always believed that great care takes more than just the doctor. A team isn’t complete without our dental nurses or dental chairside assistants. We are proud to say they keep the practice fresh and bright! – a home we like coming back to. Their eye for detail and high standards means our infection control never fails us.
Also, a large number of our team members, are previous patients or parents of the practice. This truly means a lot to us as a dental specialist practice – encouraging and nurturing an environment where our staff are not only passionate about their own previous experience here but also desiring the same positive journey for you too.

Our Receptionists are always the first to greet you – whether it is over the front desk or on the phone. If you have any query with regards to your appointment or treatment or if you are new and haven’t been to see us before, our front desk staff are more than happy to assist you and guide you through.
